KHAKI

Presenting my delightful new Missguided jacket! Isn't it a beauty? I rather think so. It's the Sona jacket with a lovely khaki style army body and faux leather sleeves. I imagine I'll be wearing this all autumn; it's quite fitting with the army style/camo print trends of the season. This is perhaps somewhat more grungey than my usual attire, but it's nice to challenge yourself and be lured out of your comfort zones every once, in a while don't you think? Although blazers and trench coats are typically my more fitted style of jacket, I'm getting such a lot of wear from this jacket and it's transformed some old favourite looks!

I wore this outfit on Sunday to the last boot sale of the year; fellow bargain hunters sob with me now. I love getting up early and having a good rummage round, especially as I always find something delectable so I'll miss it for the next 9 months or so! My jacket is paired with my YSL tee, vintage Falmer shorts and dare I say it; some wellies. Forgive me for their unfashionable use, muddy fields are not going anywhere near my favourite shoes! This explains the unusual absence of shoes in this post, but now you know, hey! ;)

I received my invite to the Cosmo Blog Awards ceremony today, I'm quite excited about it! I'm so looking forward to meeting some of my favourite blogging people that I've not managed to cross paths with before. Now on the hunt for a dress that will most definitely impress; suggestions welcome! A quick mention of my shop; everything has been reduced to make way for new stock so grab a bargain quickly as it's selling fast!
