WEARING BOUCLE
18 October 2012
Hello, darlings. If there's one thing about autumn winter that I like, it's that I can wear tweed and boucle all of the time! I'm sure there's no fabric more suited to these seasons! Nevertheless, this unfortunately, simply does not stop me craving sunny climates, just so I could purchase every piece of beach and swimwear from the collection by Roksanda Ilincic at Avenue 32. The colours, the stripes, the frills; would it be a little too hopeful if I wished for a heatwave in October? ;)
I have fallen head over heels with this particular dress. Paired with red lips (as always!) I feel as if I have literally waltzed straight out of the 1940s (right era? I'm not certain..). The timeless shape and print means I'll probably keep this dress until it's threadbare - well, probably not until it's actually threadbare, but you get the sentiment.
A weekend of interview preparation and shopping for interview clothes awaits me! If you hadn't guessed, I have an interview next week. In fact, I have two! I'm rather stressed about it, I cannot deny. Interview tips and tricks are most welcome; it's been so long since I had one! Also, my fringe is growing out and I'm finding it oh so irritating as it repeatedly falls in to my eyes and generally does the opposite of what I want it to. Considering getting the full fringe cut back in for convenience? Yes, indeed.

Gorgeous outfit! I love your kitty flats! Tweed, boucle & tartan are my favourites at this time of year :) Go for the full fringe again, I always aim for a side fringe and get annoyed and have it cut straight again.
