Oh I do like to be beside the seaside (I’ll leave you to sing the rest). A few nights ago, Rich and I decided a trip to the seaside for an evening walk with Fleur would be a nice idea. I had a lovely time, it was quite warm and not too windy as it often is on the coast. For our stroll I decided to pair my lovely new jumper from Ellos with my Astrid and Miyu collar, my Topshop skirt and of course, a snuggly fur coat in case it was cold. In England, we all know that it’s commonplace to have to wear jumpers even during summer; hence the reason I decided on this beautiful pastel pink cable knit. A jumper made for the great British summers, I think, especially when paired with this dreamy pearl collar. I’m also using here my ‘Granny Bag‘ (yes, it really is called that!) and shoes from Sarenza. I’m in true love with both of these.
Rich doesn’t usually make an appearance on the blog, so you may be surprised to see his face! He’s wearing a t-shirt I was sent by Dirty Fresh Laundry to customize, however, as it was a little too big for me and such a nice t-shirt, I thought it might be nice for him to wear it instead! What do you think? I love the name of this print – Blue Petargh!
We strolled along the promenade for a few hours and wore Fleur out throwing a ball what must have been a hundred times over. Chips are a must have when you’re by the sea so of course, we couldn’t decline when we happened to stumble upon a shop! Eventually, the evening finished with cups of tea in bed and a dvd boxset with the cat and the dog on our laps; bliss!
