Pretty shades like sugared almonds and ice-cream sprinkles was what I wanted to dress like today when I woke up; taking cues from my flower-filled garden and the blossom falling from the trees. I guess too, after so much girlish fun (click to see our fabulous blossom throwing!) with the likes of Kitty Gallanaugh, Beauxoxo and some dreamy blogger friends the other day, it’s not difficult to see why I want to dress a bit like a flower fairy all the time.
My new pink Linzi heels are the perfect addition to both my wardrobe and this outfit. They are so super comfortable with the platform and wedge heel that it means that filling my bag with plasters when I leave the house is a thing of the past 😉 The most delicious rosey shade to brighten up any outfit, and the laser cut out detail? Divine. You know what, I’m certain that these sunglasses are probably the most quirky and whimsy (in equal measure) that I’ve ever owned. They are charming and now I want every other pair that Jaymie makes. What a doll.
The skirt is such an unexpected find! This cut out flower print beauty is in fact a bargain from F&F, can you believe it? They invited me to get involved in their 7 days of summer challenge, and as today is pastels day, this is the piece I chose to base my look around. If you’d like to take part in the F&F challenge and be in with a chance of winning a £75 voucher each day, head to their blog to find our more about how you can enter. It’s open until Tuesday 14th May so good luck!
I’ve got a super productive day planned; the sort with lots of email replying and blog admin malarkey. Glamourous? Not so much, but essential all the same! I’ve got a freshly filled teapot in tow, so that should make it a little easier…
